Our Founder
CHEVY SAUNSOCI
Coach Chevy founded DVLP in 2020. After playing and coaching at the Division I level, Chevy felt strongly there was an “access gap” to elite training, coaching, and advising. She founded DVLP in an effort to close that gap: to offer elite training, coaching and advising to any driven student-athlete regardless of the resources they are able to bring to the table. In 2022, Chevy left DVLP to return to Creighton as an assistant coach.

LEX Akin-otiko
Coach Lex’s impressive playing resumé began by leading Bellevue West to 2 state championships along with being a 3 year selection for Super State. In her senior season, she earned the Nebraska Girls Basketball Gatorade Player of the Year award. She played 4 years at Creighton University, averaging 13.1 PPG her senior season.
Ciara (Duffy) Eastmo
“Coach E” is from Rapid City, SD, where she led St. Thomas More High School to 4 state championships. She was a 2x All-State selection and won South Dakota POY. She played 4 years at the University of South Dakota, were she won ESPN Mid-Major POY, Becky Hammon Mid-Major POY, and was an All-American Honorable Mention.
