Ciara started working at DVLP in November of 2021 after a stellar career at the University of South Dakota.

As an elite Division 1 player herself, Ciara has valuable insights in all parts of the game, but she is particularly skilled at teaching shooting and finishing around the rim. Ciara was a career 39.4% 3FG shooter with 235 made 3s. After the first 12 games of her senior season, she led all of Division I in 3FG% shooting 52%. She knows what she is talking about!

In her time with DVLP, Ciara has helped many girls drastically improve their shooting mechanics and numbers. She has an elite ability to diagnose problems in a player’s shooting motion and provide solutions.

Ciara runs all of our Shooting Club workouts, works with Lex to run the Skills Club workouts, and also offers private individual training sessions.

She and her husband, Matthew, moved to Omaha in 2020 and have two children: Josie and Danny.
