SKILLS CLUB

Skills Club workouts are 1 hour group workouts that are geared toward making players more comfortable and confident with the ball in their hands. Players will develop their ball-handling, finishing skills, and an increased Basketball IQ while being coached by our elite, female coaches who excelled at the D1 level. Players will also develop their court vision and decision making skills in live, game-like applications.

Ball Handling

Basketball is an ultra-fast mental game where split-second decisions need to be made constantly. If ball handling is second nature, it is a lot easier to make good decisions faster. In Skills Club, players build ball handling skills that give them confidence with the ball in their hands.

Finishing around the rim

Even great players have bad shooting nights. But great players can still get 10-12 points by simply finishing around the rim. Footwork, shot-fakes, and strong finishes are not flashy, but they translate to real points. In Skills Club, players develop the ability to finish around the rim.

Basketball IQ

Great players know when to cut, when to space, when to attack the rim, and when to shoot. It takes a lot of reps to build these instincts. In Skills Club, players build a high Basketball IQ by getting high volume reps in live settings, coached by our Elite coaches.
