SHOOTING CLUB

Shooting Club workouts are 1 hour group workouts that are geared toward making players better, more consistent shooters. Players will develop their form and footwork while getting real data reports to track their progression. Players will get high volume reps coached and monitored by our female coaches who were Elite shooters at the D1 level. The old saying is still true, “Coaches always find room for a shooter.” Numbers don’t lie. We track everything. Of our athletes who have attended 10 or more workouts, 100% of them have a higher shooting percentage now than when they started. We understand that shooting is a game of reps, and that is our primary focus at Shooting Club.

FORM & MECHANICS

All players shoot differently. However, there are some important mechanisms that make a shot more or less likely to be successful. Our coaches are Elite at identifying and correcting problem-causing mechanisms in shooting motions. In Shooting Club, players will improve their form and earn confidence in their shot.

Footwork

Every shot begins with a player’s feet. When we build a shot, we start with a player’s feet. Balance, strength, consistency. All subtle and boring, but incredibly important for great shooters. In Shooting Club, we build good footwork habits that translate to more consistent shooting and more success.

PLAYER DATA REPORTS

Numbers don’t lie. We track every shot taken in Shooting Club workouts, and give players 24/7 access to their personalized Shooting Club Data Reports. Real confidence is earned in the gym. When players can see the progress they’ve made, it translates to real confidence on the court. (See Player Data Report below)
